INITIATION FEE

If fiber has not yet been installed to your home, a one-time initiation fee of $240 will be required. This can either be added in a single payment on your first Utility Bill after installation, or paid $10 per month for 24 months. This initiation fee is assessed because residents are sharing a quarter of the installation and construction costs with the City. After the initiation fee, the City covers the remaining construction costs up to $1000.

ROUTER

The City of Tuttle also provides a standard, service-owned, 1GB capable, residential router for your use. If you wish to use your own router, the City will provide a service-owned fiber modem. Either provided device is included in your monthly cost, and ownership reverts to the City of Tuttle after your service ends. If you are moving or ending service, you may leave the router in place for the next resident, or return it to City Hall. Unreturned or damaged equipment will be charged $25 plus the cost of device replacement.
